Section 61.771 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "Texas resident" means a person entitled to pay resident tuition under Subchapter B, Chapter 54, of this code.(2) "Undergraduate chiropractic student" means a person enrolled at an institution of higher education for a regular schedule of courses in pursuit of a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
