Section 105.305 - Eligibility(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the academy shall admit only high school juniors and seniors.(b) The academy may provide for an early admission year to allow the admission of a student who is not yet a high school junior if the abilities of the student warrant early entry.Tex.
