Section 110.31 - Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center At El Paso; Separate Institution(a) The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso is a component institution of the Texas Tech University System under the direction, management, and control of the board of regents.(b) The center is not a department, school, or branch of any other institution in the system.
