Section 49.013 - Procedure(a) Except as provided by Subchapter G, a decision of the commissioner under this chapter is appealable under Section 7.057.(b) Any order of the commissioner issued under this chapter shall be given immediate effect and may not be stayed or enjoined pending any appeal.(c) Chapter 2001, Government Code, does not apply to a decision of the commissioner under this chapter.(d) On the request of the commissioner, the secretary of state shall publish any rules adopted under this chapter in the Texas Register and the Texas Administrative Code.Tex.
