Section 45.081 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(a) "District" means an independent school district.(b) "Board" means the governing body of a district.(c) "Real property" means any interest in land, buildings, or fixtures permanently attached to buildings or land.(d) "Bonds" includes notes, contracts, and any other evidences of an obligation to pay a sum of money.
