Section 43.051 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "Board of directors" means the board of directors of the corporation.(2) "Chief executive officer" means the chief executive officer of the corporation employed under Section 43.054.(3) "Corporation" means the Texas Permanent School Fund Corporation.
