Section 30A.003 - Provision of Computer Equipment or Internet Service This chapter does not:
(1) require a school district, an open-enrollment charter school, a course provider, or the state to provide a student with home computer equipment or Internet access for a course provided through the state virtual school network; or(2) prohibit a school district or open-enrollment charter school from providing a student with home computer equipment or Internet access for a course provided through the state virtual school network.Tex.
