The court shall retain any documents sent to the court under Article 55A.205(2)(A) until the limitations period has expired for any civil case or proceeding relating to the wrongful imprisonment of the person who is the subject of the expunction order. (Code Crim. Proc., Art. 55.02, Sec. 1a(d).)
