Section 55A.001 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Applicability Of Subchapter

This subchapter applies to a person who has been placed under a custodial or noncustodial arrest for commission of a felony or misdemeanor. (Code Crim. Proc., Art. 55.01(a) (part).)
