Section 31A.002 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Court Required To Change Venue In Certain Sexual Assault Cases

In a sexual assault case, a district court shall order a change of venue when necessary to secure a speedy trial. (Code Crim. Proc., Art. 13.15 (part))
