Section 13A.261 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Fraudulent, Substandard, Or Fictitious Degree

An offense under Section 32.52, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in:

(1) any county in which an element of the offense occurs; or

(2) Travis County. (Code Crim. Proc., Art. 13.30.)
