Section 13A.259 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Certain Deceptive Practices

An offense under Section 32.46, 32.48, or 32.49, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in any county:

(1) from which any material document was sent; or

(2) in which any material document was delivered. (Code Crim. Proc., Art. 13.27 (part).)
