Section 13A.201 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Bigamy

Bigamy may be prosecuted in any county in which:

(1) the bigamous marriage occurred;

(2) the parties to the bigamous marriage live together as spouses; or

(3) a party to the bigamous marriage not charged with the offense resides. (Code Crim. Proc., Art. 13.14.)
