Section 60.129 - Notice of Hearing(a) In addition to other notice required by law, the board shall provide notice of an assessment hearing in a newspaper with general circulation in the district. The publication must be made not later than the 14th day before the date of the hearing.(b) The notice must include the:(1) time and place of the hearing;(2) purpose of the proposed assessment;(3) estimated cost of the purpose for which the assessment is proposed, including interest during construction and associated financing costs; and(4) proposed assessment method.Tex.
