Section 60.102 - Repayment of Organizational Expenses
The directors may pay:
(1) all costs and expenses necessarily incurred in the creation and organization of the district;(2) the cost of investigation and making plans, including the cost of feasibility analyses, engineering reports, design fees, and other necessary costs; and(3) legal fees.
