Section 63-6-202 - Unlawful activities of itinerant physicians or vendors - Penalties(a) It is unlawful for any itinerant physician or vendor of any drug, nostrum, ointment or application of any kind intended for treatment of disease or injury to sell or apply the same or for such itinerant physician or vendor, by writing, printing or other methods, to profess to cure or treat diseases or deformity by any drug, nostrum, manipulation or other expedient in this state.(b)(1) A violation of this section is a Class A misdemeanor.(2) Each violation of this section constitutes a separate offense.Acts 1907, ch. 543, § 4; Shan., § 3609a31; Code 1932, § 6935; Acts 1945, ch. 181, § 8; C.
