Section 50-7-912 - Shared work benefits(a) Shared work benefits are charged to the employer's experience rating accounts in the same manner as unemployment benefits are charged under this chapter.(b) Employers liable for payments in lieu of contributions must have shared work benefits attributed to service in their employ in the same manner as unemployment benefits are attributed.Added by 2022 Tenn.
