Section 41-12-118 - Policy of competitive bidding - Applicable laws(a) The national policy in favor of competition shall ensure a policy of competitive bidding for all authorities.(b) An authority shall be subject to the County Purchasing Law of 1983, compiled in title 5, chapter 14, part 2.
