Section 12-3-1101 - Short titleSections 12-3-1101 - 12-3-1108 shall be known and may be cited as the "Tennessee Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Business Owned by Persons with Disabilities, and Small Business Procurement and Contracting Act."
