Section 46A-3A-3 - East Dakota Water Development DistrictThe East Dakota Water Development District is hereby established. The district includes:
(1) All of Minnehaha, Moody, Brookings, Hamlin, Deuel, Codington and Grant counties;(2) All of Lake County, with the exception of Clarno, Concord, Orland, Wayne, and Winfred townships;(3) Badger township in Kingsbury County; and(4) All municipalities that are wholly or partially within the included area or that are contiguous to the included area.SL 1984 (SS), ch 1, § 8; SL 2008, ch 232, §2, eff.
