Section 45-6B-76 - General powers of board The Board of Minerals and Environment may:
(1) Administer oaths or affirmations, subpoena witnesses, and compel their attendance at a hearing;(2) Accept gifts, contributions, federal grants-in-aid, or financial aid from any other source for accomplishing reclamation or implementing the provisions of § 45-6B-74;(3) Carry out reclamation of affected lands.
