Section 43-27-4 - Exclusive right to use recorded name of farm, ranch, or home

Whenever any name shall have been recorded as provided in this chapter no other person shall have the right to use the same name for any other farm, ranch, or home in the same county without prefixing or adding thereto distinguishing or other identifying words.
