Section 36-11-30 - Registration and permit required for operation of pharmacy-Violation as misdemeanor

No pharmacy shall open or be kept open for transaction of business until it has been registered and a permit issued by the State Board of Pharmacy.

A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each day of violation is a separate offense.
