Section 27B-7-31 - Contents of report in section 27B-7-28
The report required by § 27B-7-28 shall contain:
(1) Evaluations of the person's mental, physical, and emotional status, and review of social and educational history; and(2) A statement as to whether the person meets the criteria for board-ordered commitment specified in § 27B-7-37.
