Section 12-21-4.1 - Mileage allowance for recount board members

The members of the recount board shall receive mileage for the miles traveled each day of the recount from their points of residence at the rate set pursuant to § 3-9-1; however, this provision shall not apply to the first ten miles traveled each day.
