Section 1-53-40 - Authority of Governor's Office of Economic Development-Program requirements and operation

The commissioner of the Governor's Office of Economic Development may establish quality protocols, guidelines, program requirements, license fees, and license requirements and operate, supervise, and control the South Dakota Certified beef program.
