Section 12A-305 - Priority(a) Subject to subsections (b) and (c), Laws 2024, LB94, determines the priority of conflicting claims to collateral.(b) Subject to subsection (c), if the priorities of claims to collateral were established before July 19, 2024, article 9 as in effect before July 19, 2024, determines priority.(c) On the adjustment date, to the extent the priorities determined by article 9 as amended by Laws 2024, LB94, modify the priorities established before July 19, 2024, the priorities of claims to article 12 property and electronic money established before July 19, 2024, cease to apply.Added by Laws 2024, LB 94,§ 107, eff. 7/19/2024.
