Section 91.08.485 - Bonds-Sale or exchange for par value(1) Said bonds, whether sold or exchanged, shall be disposed of for not less than their par value and accrued interest.(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, such bonds may be sold in accordance with chapter 39.46 RCW.
