Section 50B.04.070 - [Effective Until 7/1/2025] Payment of benefits(1) Benefits provided under this chapter shall be paid periodically and promptly to registered long-term services and supports providers.(2) Qualified family members may be paid for approved personal care services in the same way as individual providers, through a licensed home care agency, or through a third option if recommended by the commission and adopted by the department of social and health services.
