Section 1036.19 - Organization of single board of trustees to oversee operations of several groups permitted

If an association of employers establishes more than one group under this article, the association may organize a single board of trustees to oversee the operations of the several groups: Provided, however, That each of the several groups shall be equally represented on the board.
