Section 1035.8 - Investigations of rates(a) The commissioner may investigate and determine whether or not rates in this Commonwealth under this article are excessive, inadequate or unfairly discriminatory.(b) In any such investigation and determination the commissioner shall follow the procedures specified in sections 709 and 710. 1915, June 2, P.L. 736, No. 338, §708, added 1993 , July 2, P.L. 190, No. 44, § 20, imd. effective.
