(1) The General Assembly finds that the repeal under paragraph (2) is necessary to effectuate this act.(2) The Act of May 8, 2012 ( P.L. 254, No.38), known as the REAL ID Nonparticipation Act, is repealed.Added by P.L. TBD 2017 No. 3, § 8, eff. 5/26/2017.
