Section 807 - Composition and powers of boards of directors(a) Establishment.--There shall be established in each local development district a board of directors. Members of each board shall be representative of the district it serves.(b) Bylaws.--The boards shall adopt bylaws and articles of agreement and make rules and regulations for the conduct of its business.1994, Dec. 7, P.L. 845, No. 120, § 7, imd. effective.
