Section 400.3103 - Powers and duties of agencyThe agency shall have the power and its duties shall be:
(1) To execute a participation agreement with each approved educational institution participating in the program.(2) To establish such procedural, accounting and auditing requirements as may be necessary.(3) To review and audit all relevant records of the participating institution and the participating employer to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter.(4) To adopt such rules, regulations, forms and procedures as may be necessary to implement this chapter.1996, June 29, P.L. 434, No. 67, § 3103, added 2003, Nov. 6, P.L. 205, No. 34, §1, effective in 60 days [ 1/5/2004].
