Section 400.2304 - Reporting and regulations(a) Reports.-- The department may require reports, accountings and other procedures regarding the use of grant funds by the industrial development organization in order to carry out the purposes of this chapter.(b) Regulations.-- The department may promulgate regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.1996, June 29, P.L. 434, No. 67, § 2304, added 1998, Nov. 17, P.L. 788, No. 100, § 10, imd. effective.
