Section 400.102 - Intent and purposeIt is the intent of this act and its purpose shall be:
(1) To create a partnership of State government and private industry to provide resources to enhance business development in this Commonwealth.(2) To attract major enterprise to this Commonwealth and to secure the expansion or preservation of existing industry within this Commonwealth.(3) To provide a comprehensive strategy for the Commonwealth to respond to the need for job creation and economic development.1996, June 29, P.L. 434, No. 67, § 102, effective 7/1/1996.
