A certified copy of a sales agreement entered into under this article shall be submitted to the Governor, State Treasurer, Office of the Budget, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Minority Leader of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives and Minority Leader of the House of Representatives promptly upon execution and delivery of the sales agreement.
