Section 4191 - Dispute between officer and Commonwealth; duty to pay into court

When a dispute arises between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any county officer acting as agent of the Commonwealth for the collection of moneys involving the possession or the right of possession to such funds or any part thereof, it shall be the duty of the county officer acting as agent to pay the same into the court of common pleas of the county wherein the county officer holds office.
