Section 4224 - Report of names of defaulters and amount of defalcation to legislature

It shall be the duty of the state treasurer, annually hereafter, within ten days after the meeting of the legislature, to report to the senate and house of representatives, the names of all persons who are then defaulters to the commonwealth, together with the nature and amount of such default; and the state treasurer shall also communicate to the attorney general, the names and residence of all defaulters, with the amount of their defalcation.
