Auditor General, Powers and Duties
- Section 4081 - All accounts, vouchers, etc., to be filed with auditor general; copies to be admitted as evidence in all courts in the state
- Section 4082 - Auditor general to settle accounts of officers
- Section 4083 - Report to be made quarterly to auditor general
- Section 4084 - Auditor general to record fees and certify same to treasurer
- Section 4085 - Warrant for amount due officer
- Section 4086 - Settlement of accounts of superintendent of public printing
- Section 4087 - Auditor general and state treasurer to adjust and settle unappropriated claims and report the same to the legislature
