Section 3420-11 - Constitutionality

If any section, sentence, clause or part of this act is, for any reason, held to be unconstitutional, the decision of the court shall not affect or impair the remaining provisions of this act. It is hereby declared to be the legislative intent that this act would have been adopted had such unconstitutional section, sentence, clause, or part thereof, not been included therein.
