Section 1742-A.2 - Deposits(a) Deposits.--From the contributions paid under section 301.4 of the Unemployment Compensation Law, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, the amount to be deposited into the fund under this subsection shall be $65,000,000.(b)Contributions.--The department may deposit contributions authorized in subsection (a) before depositing contributions into the Unemployment Compensation Fund in accordance with section 301.4(E)(3) of the Unemployment Compensation Law.Added by P.L.
