Section 102-K - Surcharge.(a) Rates.-- (1) Before March 1, 2024, the surcharge under 35 Pa.C.S. § 5306.2(A) (relating to uniform 911 surcharge) shall be $1.65.(2) After February 29, 2024, and before February 1, 2026, the surcharge under 35 Pa.C.S. § 5306.2(A) shall be $1.95.(b) Notification.--Before February 8, 2024, the agency shall transmit notice to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication of the surcharge increase in the next available issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin.Added by P.L.
