Section 1721-G - Justice Reinvestment Fund.
The following shall apply:
(1) Section 8.1(F) of the act of November 22, 1978 ( P.L. 1166, No.274), referred to as the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency Law, shall not apply to fiscal year 2017-2018.(2) (Reserved).
