Section 1734-F.2 - Fund transfers.(a)Transfer to Environmental Stewardship Fund.--From money received under the authority of Article III of the act of March 4, 1971 ( P.L. 6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, the sum of $12,317,000 shall be transferred to the Environmental Stewardship Fund.(b)Applicability.--Section 1795.2-E shall not apply to fiscal year 2022-2023.Added by P.L.
