Section 1731-F.4 - Pennsylvania Preferred®Trademark Licensing and Pennsylvania Preferred Organic®Trademark Licensing Fund

Notwithstanding 3 Pa.C.S. § 4616 (relating to Pennsylvania Preferred® Trademark and Pennsylvania Preferred Organic® Trademark Licensing Fund), the Department of Agriculture may use money deposited into the Pennsylvania Preferred® Trademark and Pennsylvania Preferred Organic® Trademark Licensing Fund to promote one or more of the funding objectives under 3 Pa.C.S. § 4616(c) through the awarding of grants.
