Section 1604-S - Sources of fundingFunding for the program may be provided through any of the following:
(1) Money appropriated for the purposes of the program.(2) Amounts made available from the Cleans Streams Fund under section 1712-A.2(c)(2).(3) Federal money appropriated to or authorized for the purposes of the program.(4) Money received from another governmental agency through an interagency agreement or memorandum of understanding.(5) A gift or other contribution from a public or private source.(6) Return on money dedicated to the program, including, but not limited to, interest on loans, investment interest or refunds.
