Section 1608-P - Annual Report(a) Report.--The office shall provide an annual report, which shall include, but not be limited to:(1) A list of all grants approved during the previous fiscal year.(2) The name and address of each recipient, including the name of a contact person of the recipient.(3) The amount of the grant and a detailed description of the project for which the grant was awarded.(b) Submission of report.--The report required under subsection (a) shall be submitted to the chairperson and minority chairperson of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate and the chairperson and minority chairperson of the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives by October 1, 2022.
