Section 1607-M - Designated municipal agent and authorized salvor for city of the first class.

For purposes of 75 Pa.C.S. § 7304.1 (relating to reports and removal of abandoned vehicles within the boundaries of a city of the first class or second class), a designated municipal agency and an authorized salvor for a city of the first class shall mean the Philadelphia Parking Authority.
