Section 1605-E - Additional transfers(a) Fiscal year 2010-2011.--Notwithstanding section 1603-E or any other provision of law, in fiscal year 2010-2011, the amount of $180,000,000 shall be transferred from the fund to the General Fund.(b)Fiscal year 2014-2015.--Notwithstanding section 1603-E or any other provision of law, in fiscal year 2014-2015, the amount of $95,000,000 shall be transferred from the fund to the General Fund.Amended by P.L. 1053 2014 No. 126, § 8.9, eff. 7/10/2014.1929, April 9, P.L. 343, No. 176, art.
